Absolutely LOVE their poutine. I think about it often. Asked for the sriracha aioli on the side so I could dip it. The short rib is tender and well cooked, the gravy is so flavorful, the cheese curds are so yummy, the fries perfectly crisp on the outside and airy soft on the inside, and with the sriracha aioli on the side? Perfection. Also got the short rib sandwich and bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Those were good as well, and the bread was really soft and pillowy. Delicious but if you are going to get one thing from here it has to be the poutine.

probably a 3 anywhere else; resorts world is severely lacking in fast casual, so as far as breakfast goes and a quick bite, this is going to be one of the top options for anyone staying here we got the moco loco and the egg was made beautifully, but the rest of it was sort of lacking. the onion gravy meat to rice ratio was a bit off; had they smothered it with more gravy and onions we'd probably get it again and again overall, wouldn't go out of my way to come here but if you're right upstairs at conrad or crockfords, you can and i have done worse in this complex

For our first night in Vegas, we stayed at the Hilton World Resort. (I'll make a separate post about the hotel later--loved it!) But let's talk about this late-night spot. We arrived in Vegas around 10 PM, and after finally settling into our rooms after 11 PM, we were starving. Many of the hotel's restaurants were already closed, but luckily, Sun's Out Buns Out was still open. If you're from the East Coast like me, this place gave me Waffle House vibes--not because of the food or structure, but for the simple fact that it was open late when everything else wasn't. This is essentially a sandwich shop, as the name suggests, offering a variety of options. I went with the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, my sister had the sausage, egg, and cheese, and my brother-in-law tried the soft scramble. Let me tell you--these sandwiches were HUGE and absolutely delicious! They were reasonably priced, super filling, and kept us full well into the next day. We didn't eat again until midday because those sandwiches hit the spot. The customer service was fantastic, and there's plenty of space to sit and enjoy your meal. I loved the egg-inspired chairs and the creative décor on the walls--it's such a fun vibe. Another plus: the spot is right across from the slots, and you can take your food to-go and try your luck while you eat! If you're at or near Resorts World, you have to check out Sun's Out Buns Out. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Sun's Out Buns Out, in Vegas so bright, Serving breakfast all day, and into the night! Egg-shaped chairs that take up the floor, But their food? It'll leave you wanting more! Poutine fries crispy, short ribs so fine, Loco Moco's a winner, with gravy divine. The sandwiches, oh my, some sweet, some savory, If you love egg-filled buns, it's worth the bravery! If you're up late, or need food post-bender, This spot will have you feeling much better. The prices are Vegas, the seating is tight, But when you need food that hits just right-- Sun's Out Buns Out, is your savory delight!

This place is located on the first floor of Resort World Hotel. Right across from Junior's. We had breakfast at Sun's Out Buns Out with our friends, and to be honest it's quite similar with Eggslut in LA. If you've never been to a slut in Los Angeles, they serve breakfast sandwich with fried eggs as the main character in conjunction with with crispy flavored bacon and sweet buttered buns. Although at Sun's Out Bun Out, they do more than just just breakfast sandwich. They also have avocado toast, poutine fries. Their poutine fries is so delicious in our opinion. Price wise is quite typical for Vegas' food price. Although seating is quite challenging, especially if you have big parties. They have these cute egg chairs (chairs that look like eggs), however they are taking so much space so it won't fit large groups.

Interesting food concept with pleasantly surprising results. I had the avocado toast that was surprisingly full of taste and full-filling. The price was reasonable for the hotel it's located in. The restaurant is open late and it gets busy after mid-night when everyone is looking for food after a couple of drinks. The setting is very modern and unique. The egg shaped chairs make it interesting to seat in.

PERFECT for after a weekend bender Short rib sandwich - bun ultra fluffy, soft and spongy - egg had a wonderful golden yolk (not pale yellow) - short rib was tender, juicy and went down easy - hash was well spiced and not greasy The lady at the cashier was efficient and nice, working 2 registers at the same time and the turnover to get food was 15x faster than eggslut at Cosmo. The food was also better. There is cute decor , you can sit in eggshell chairs, or barstools. Seating is plentiful. Overall would definitely return! Something that goes down easy that's not too greasy is so important after partying. Recommend!
